Dear Mr. Rouillard,
By all means you have my permission to use my letter in any capacity you see fit. In addition I will offer my cello case as an example of one that has been used as an everyday case in The Philadelphia Orchestra for many years and has been checked in luggage 22 times without incident.
Thank you once again for sending the replacement hardware for the cello case.
Always,
Robert Cafaro
The Philadelphia Orchestra
Dear Mr. Rouillard,
Thank you so very much for sending the replacement hardware for the cello case you made. Your kindness is equaled only by the outstanding quality of your cases. I will be a repeat customer when I need another cello case in the near future.
I have flown with my cello in your case (checked in luggage of course) 22 times to date and have encountered no problems of anykind. In 1996 I flew back from China, changed planes in Tokyo and saw my cello arrive in San Francisco upsidedown on the luggage shute. Alas it was in good shape in my Roulliard cello case!
Keep making your outstanding cases and keep making customers happy with great follow up service!
Thank you again,
Robert Cafaro
Cellist, The Philadelphia Orchestra
Dear Mr. Rouillard,
Thank you so much for the case. The fit is great and it has already survived a trip from Toronto to Vancouver to Tokyo to Seoul. Great work.
Thanks again and best of luck in the future,
Sincerely,
Tom Steele
Hello Mr. Rouillard,
The cello case arrived during my absence correctly in time. My cello fitts in perfectly ! As a craftsman I, know very well the way from the idea, over the production, to the marketing of a product. After the first use of your case I think, that you put it all into praxis, what other cellos cases are lacking in. It's great fun to see how you solved constructive solutions with such efficency. I'm very grateful to have such a sophisticated product as a companion on my way becoming a music therapist. I always was inspired in my work constructing and restoring clocks especially by other craftsmen. And YOU did.
Thank you again.
